A highly interactive Assertiveness courseThe way we behave towards other people, the things we say, and the way we say them all affect our relationships whether at work, socially, or within our homes. When dealing with people (be they clients, colleagues, friends, or members of your family) you may find that you become involved in discussions that are not as productive as you would wish. It may be that you end up arguing or failing to reach agreement. How often does this happen? How much time does it waste? How tiring or stressful is it? What effect is this having on your health? What will be the cost? How difficult does it make your life? What if it continues to happen? Many people have discovered that by modifying their choice of behaviour they can decrease confrontation, do better deals, persuade others more easily, and generally make life more fulfilling. This module is aimed at helping delegates to learn and practice the skills required to assert themselves while respecting individual rights. Maximum number of delegates is 12. The course is 2 days. Ideally the days should run concurrently, however it is possible to split the days over two weeks. This module covers:
